The Original Adjust-A-Lift® Heel Lift has 3 easy-to-eliminate layers (1/8", 1/4", and 3/8") to assist with relieving  leg-length discrepancies, heel spurs, Achilles tendonitis, and sore calves.

We recommend replacing heel lifts every 2-3 months based on wear and tear to ensure the effectiveness of the lifts.
